Here's an article which Eric Schmidt explains what are the things Google looks out for when they interview people. One nice thing here, they do not mind getting people who lack team work. Hmm but shucks, they did mention that it applies to people who are exceptionally smart.
The article also mentioned that Google received 75000 resumes when it stated that it is hiring 6000 people. Dang, such slim chances for me eh...
